Terracotta Tile Roof Replacement
The old roof tiles were removed and replaced with Monier terracotta French Marseille tiles, complete with new sarking, timber battens and matching terracotta ridge caps.

Custom Colorbond Box Gutter Replacement
The existing Zincalume box gutter was removed and replaced with a custom-made 0.55 BMT Colorbond system. A breathable membrane and two new round outlets were installed to improve protection and drainage.

Zincalume Flashing & Parapet Capping
New Zincalume apron flashings and parapet capping were installed along the front and common walls. The whirlybird was also baffled and resealed to improve weather protection.

Custom Box Gutter & Flashing Replacement
The deteriorated box gutter and surrounding flashings were replaced with new custom-made metalwork to improve drainage and protect the property from further water entry.
